Massage & Bodyworks

I am a born and raised Texan, growing up in a small country town in East Texas. I am married and have two grown sons and three grandkids. You’ll hear me talk a lot about them along with my hairy toddler (aka Rocky, my English Bulldog).

As soon as I finished massage school, I opened my own private office. I decided to do things a little differently by offering customized Bodywork services to my clients; they loved it. They said it made them feel heard and cared for.

I am fairly new to the College Station/Bryan area. Before I even arrived in town, I researched yoga studios in search of my new yoga home – that is when I found The Bridge Yoga Studio.

Both Bodywork and Massage provide mind and body restoration, and each can be individualized to provide unique benefits. Bodywork is used specifically to treat chronic pain (longer than three months)and is highly targeted to help treat the underlying cause of the pain rather than superficial symptoms.

The facials are created with the same individualization in mind. Each facial will be customized to each client’s skin goals as well as custom facial muscle work to give you a natural, healthy appearance.
