Beloved Yogi Musician -GIRISH is coming to The Bridge!

The PRANA RISING IMMERSION invites us to experience a radically expanded sense of our potential, our vitality, and our wellness and wisdom through the transformational power of these ancient practices. Join us on Wed, February 21 at 7:30pm for a magical yogic experience! PRANA RISING IMMERSION is a deep dive into transformational breathwork and mantra with yogi-musician & author, GIRISH. 

GIRISH is an internationally touring world music artist, teacher, and author. He began his music career as a jazz drummer, spent five years as a monk in a Hindu monastery, and for the past 12 years has written, recorded, and performed his own original music and taught Sanskrit mantras and chanting at Music Festivals and Yoga Studios all over the world! His seven albums have received critical acclaim from O, The Oprah Magazine, Yoga Journal, and The Guardian. His mission is to share the art of meditation through music and mantra with the world!

Join GIRISH & Kelli for a Live Music Yoga Class!

Join us on Thurs, February 22 at 7:30pm for a yoga flow set to the INSPIRING MUSIC of GIRISH

Experience the magic of live music and powerful Sanskrit chants set to modern melodies while you practice yoga with Kelli.

Let go and let your yoga flow through the beats and rhythms of Girish’s soul stirring tunes. Class ends with a Sanskrit lullaby during Savasana. This is a truly magical and incredible musical and yoga experience that allows you to go deeper into your practice and your body.

Therapeutic Yoga with Jay Walton & Donnalee Dox

Therapeutic Yoga applies yogic principles and practices to promote health, well-being, and awareness in a therapeutic context. Yoga Therapy incorporates personalized wellness goals with medical treatments and protocols to address a person’s well-being on multiple levels: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Clinical research shows Yoga Therapy to be a safe, non-invasive way to address conditions as varied as low energy or anxiety, to the effects of cancer or multiple schlerosis, to localized injuries such as rotator cuff or meniscus tears.

Options to enroll in 6-week or series or schedule a private session.

Therapeutic Yoga Classes are offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30pm and are available to Bridge members at no charge or at $20 drop-in rate for non-members.

For babies 8 weeks to pre-walking and their parent/caregiver — Baby & Me Yoga is a great way to ease back into movement while enjoying bonding time with your baby.

Classes resume January 30th and are held on Thursdays at noon in a 6-week series.

For women in all trimesters of pregnancy — Prenatal Yoga provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where you can enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy. 

Classes are held at 11am on Tuesdays through a 6-week series.
