Our Classes

We have nearly 30 classes a week– all on zoom AND live in studio! From FOUNDATION FLOW for beginners to POWER YOGA & ASHTANGA for those with a bit more experience, there is truly something for everyone! We are ready to be your new Yoga hOMe!

The goal of The Bridge Yoga is to provide a studio
(both live & virtual) that makes yoga accessible
to all people.

Yoga is so much more than just standing on one leg or stretching. It’s a lifestyle that includes breathing,
meditation, finding contentment in life,
and so very much more.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are unique, with diverse experiences, styles, & backgrounds that brought them to The Bridge Yoga, BCS, but what is consistent among them is is that they are committed to living out the 8 Limbs of the Yogic Path and supporting the vision our studio has for this community!

The Bridge Yoga, BCS

Founded in 2021 by Kelli Norgaard, AKA The Yogi MoMo. Our physical location is at the point where Bryan TX and College Station TX meet, so that both communities can easily access our classes, workshops, & the SANGHA we are creating.
