In Kirtan Yoga, chanting it accompanied by classical Indian instruments like the harmonium, while Sanskrit mantras are repeated using a call and response type of singing, which are all designed to quiet the mind and opening the heart. Save your spot ahead of time!
For babies 8 weeks to pre-crawling and their parent/caregiver — Baby & Me Yoga is a great way to ease back into movement while enjoying bonding time with your baby.
Classes are held on the 2nd / 4th Tuesdays of each month at 12:00 p.m. Bridge members may join for free. Drop-ins welcome!
For women in all trimesters of pregnancy — Prenatal Yoga provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where you can enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy.
