July 30th: Mandala Rock Art & Gentle Flow

Join us at The Bridge Yoga Studio for a fun-filled afternoon of yoga and art with Ashley & Kelli! 
 
Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means “circle”. Mandala art is an ancient practice that has existed for over 2,500 years. These circular art forms have been used by Buddhist monks and spiritual practitioners for centuries as a tool for mindfulness practices. The repetitive nature of creating mandalas can be stress-relieving and therapeutic. In the process of creating a mandala, a feeling of relaxation through focused attention can help to quiet the mind and allow for a meditative experience. Releasing anxiety and calming the mind can have great benefits to one’s physical health and mental well-being.

Yoga Therapy with Jay Walton & Donnalee Dox

Yoga Therapy applies yogic principles and practices to promote health, well-being, and awareness in a therapeutic context. Yoga Therapy incorporates personalized wellness goals with medical treatments and protocols to address a person’s well-being on multiple levels: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Clinical research shows Yoga Therapy to be a safe, non-invasive way to address conditions as varied as low energy or anxiety, to the effects of cancer or multiple schlerosis, to localized injuries such as rotator cuff or meniscus tears.

Options to enroll in 5-week or 10-week series, or schedule a private session.

Information sessions: Friday, April 21st at 12pm + Sunday, April 30th at 4pm

For babies 8 weeks to pre-crawling and their parent/caregiver — Baby & Me Yoga is a great way to ease back into movement while enjoying bonding time with your baby.

Classes are on hold through the summer, but will start back in late August 2023!

For women in all trimesters of pregnancy — Prenatal Yoga provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where you can enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy. 

Classes are held at noon on Tuesdays! Bridge members may join for free. Drop-ins welcome!
