Mindfulness 101 virtual course
Join Dr. Kelli Norgaard in this virtual course on how to clear out the mindsets that are preventing you from living the life you desire and the life you deserve.
We will explore our understanding of what mindful living really is and how it can truly impact all parts of our lives in ways we never imagined.
March 3rd / 10th / 31st + April 14th / 28th + May 12th

For babies 8 weeks to pre-crawling and their parent/caregiver — Baby & Me Yoga is a great way to ease back into movement while enjoying bonding time with your baby.
Classes are held on the 2nd / 4th Tuesdays of each month at 12:00 p.m. Bridge members may join for free. Drop-ins are welcome for just $18 each class, or you can purchase a 5-class pass or 10-class pass (which can also be used for all other classes, as well!)

For women in all trimesters of pregnancy — Prenatal Yoga provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where you can enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit during pregnancy.
Classes are held on the 1st / 3rd / 5th Tuesdays of each month at 12:00 p.m. Bridge members may join for free. Drop-ins welcome!
