Kelli Norgaard, Ed.D., is passionate about helping others achieve their lifestyle goals using mindfulness-based, holistic practices. Kelli is an accomplished E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and teacher trainer, and she is a certified Davidji Master of Wisdom and Meditation teacher. Kelli opened The Bridge Yoga studio as a safe and inspiring wellness center in which anyone can seek solace, guidance, lifestyle changes, and support whether it is in a yoga class, meditation session, educational workshop, or one-on-one consulting.
