Kelli Sammis, Ed.D., is passionate about helping others achieve their lifestyle goals using mindfulness-based, holistic practices. Kelli is an accomplished E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and teacher trainer, and she is a certified Davidji Master of Wisdom and Meditation teacher, as well as an Ayurvedic Health Coach through the Chopra Center’s Coaching Program. Kelli opened The Bridge Yoga studio as a safe and inspiring wellness space in which anyone can seek solace, guidance, personal transformation, and support– whether it is in a physical yoga class, a meditation session, educational workshops, or one-on-one consulting.

Kelli developed The Pranayama Group to bring a holistic mindset to the coaching and consulting arena. The Pranayama Group is physically located in the Bryan-College Station, Texas community, but is set up to serve and support anyone anywhere! The Pranayama Group offers personalized programming that includes Educational Consulting and Coaching on The Six Pillars of Health — emotional regulation, meditation, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement.
