The Bridge is a place with true dedication and respect for Yoga. I promise you will learn something new with each visit! Kelli and Carla are wonderful, inspiring teachers. The knowledge they both have about the history of Yoga, shows how passionate they are about what they do.The Bridge will always have a special place in my heart as being the place that helped me believe in myself, and become a certified Yoga instructor. I am so grateful this place exists and that I am a part of this Sangha!

This was my first ever Yoga class. Everyone was kind. I was shy about going into the classroom and someone offered to go in with me! The instructor was very kind and helpful. The classroom is peaceful. This class in Restorative Yin Yoga will be an adventure! Thank you for teaching me.

The restorative yoga is awesome. First timer here! It will take some practice for me, because distractions happen often. Focus and breathe!

What a wonderful class! Our instructor was kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. The class content was the perfect mix of challenging postures and restorative stretches. I will absolutely be back to visit the beautiful studio to take a class from our amazing instructor the next time I am in BCS!

My mid-week Vin-Yin class is one of the highlights of my week. This unique blend of yoga is just what I need at the mid-point to get me through to the weekend. Kelli offers variations and regularly uses props to help you enhance your practice. It's one of the most popular classes at the studio - a fun, energetic group will make you feel right at home whether you are in-person or virtual.

I've been a virtual member at The Bridge Yoga for over a year, practicing 4-5 times per week alternating live and recorded zoom classes. My balance has improved so much and I am able to do poses I was unable to do previously! Sunrise is my favorite. Kelli guides us as we warm up our cores and stretch the various body parts needed for the specific pose she has planned. I have learned so much, not just from Kelli, but from all the awesome instructors I've had at The Bridge Yoga!

The Bridge is the best yoga studio in the BCS area. The instructors are omazing and make your body feel oh so good. You really feel like you are part of a tribe. Love love love this place!!

The Bridge is the perfect spot for boutique yoga and personal connection. With multiple classes offered every day, it is sure to suit your wellness needs. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this is the practice for you. The instructors offer modifications and encouragement for all, but more importantly, they spread joy. I really enjoyed Laura’s Yoga for Mental Health class. Laura did an amazing job guiding us through the class, she was honest about her own emotions as she was guiding which showed her true genuine self. Thanks for being you and helping us to learn how the breath can guide us through whatever emotions comes our way.
